Founded in Dallas, Texas, Mockingbird Software started its library of legal iPhone applications with – you guessed it – the Texas state rules of court. Now we are expanding into the federal rules and the other state rules, starting with the most populous states and largest legal markets. But if we receive a convincing argument to roll out, say, Colorado before Maryland, we’re not above shuffling things around to accommodate our customers. Hey, we understand that you do that all the time.
